A Family in Need

The Trustees of the Leeds Community Trust received a letter of thanks after we were able to assist a single parent with 2 infant children. The family were forced to flee domestic violence. The home they were rehoused to was sparsely furnished with no carpets. After being able to assist the referring support worker wrote to say that “Mum now has a carpet in her lounge and bedroom for the children. It will make a big difference to all the family. The children can play in comfort and keep warm and mum is very proud. Mum sends all her thanks to you for helping her at this difficult time.”
